practice is her specialty program called I-BEST™ (Image
based eyewear styling techniques) You will be able to offer your patients a
new and innovative specialty program, which will set you apart with a serious
edge. Through this program you will recognize & sell to EACH patient's individual
image, resulting in the highest possible patient satisfaction, increased sales
and enhanced office image. I-BEST™ can help… Our
unique methods are designed to train your staff to sell eyewear based on patient's
self-image. This increases multiple pair sales and dramatically increases high-end
frame and lens sales, Generating IMMEDIATE COLLECTIBLE REVENUE
for your practice! The I-BEST™ techniques are staff and patient friendly;
accurate, easy to learn, and fun to use. Up-to-date sales techniques help your
practice stay current with emerging buyer attitudes and expectations. WE
TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE THEIR VERY I-BEST™! Program Objective: 1.
Higher Patient satisfaction RESULTS: We have analyzed the patient's
individual needs prior to product selection, which will keep them coming back
and telling others of YOUR unique service. 2. IMPROVED
PRACTICE PERFORMANCE RESULTS: Many people will come in for
the prize drawings, or have been drawn in by the advertising/PR. Some will not
have current Rx's. This is an excellent opportunity to book future exams.
3.
Improved dispensary performance RESULTS: Those who purchase eyewear
are much more likely to buy multiple pairs. Special "Open House" discounts will
stimulate sales, in addition to the drawings and FREE personal analysis by Holly.
4. Improved Sales/profits RESULTS: We
have addressed each patient in a way that will emphasize the need for products
that compliment their unique "image", such as multiple pairs for differing circumstances
and higher end products that will enhance their appearance. RESULTS:
OUR AVERAGE DISPENSARY SALES ARE BETWEEN $10,000-$15,000 PER DAY OF THE EVENT The
Positive Long Term Residuals are Immeasurable! |
