designer to assure practice patient flow and dispensary

Frame Inventory Management
An assessment of your frame inventory and recommendations
of vendors to enhance your product mix and reflect your
patient base. Negotiate with frame vendors to achieve
the best payment arrangements. Provide retail mark-up
schedule of frames to achieve profit margins.
Technology Consultation
Review existing practice and dispensary software or
arrange for demos of software that is appropriate for
your practice and dispensary.
Lab Management
